The insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For accidents of any kind with the rented items Luzi Sport assumes no liability. The cancellation / refund of reserved items is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the rental (8:00) and will be refunded with a Luzi Sport voucher. A refund within the 24 hours is only due to an accident (show doctor’s certificate) or family reasons.
